Jared Brumley, age 27

Born in Sulphur Springs, Texas on February 24, 1981, I grew up among hard working men who never had a minute to spare between faith, family, work, and hunting.  I have a considerably large family most of witch live in an area that has become known as "Brumleyville." It's that one thing that makes me proud to be who I am today.  I can't help but give credit to generations passed for setting this life up for myself and for my family. As a kid I grew up working on my parents dairy farm with my brother and sister.  Between hay seasons and wading through the mud up to my knees during the winter there was always a tree to climb into hunt .  I graduated high school with a class of 45 students in 1999.  Thanks to the encouragement of my mother I started my first college classes at Stephen F. Austin.  It took about 2 years before I decided on what I wanted to do.  I finally graduated from SFA in 2003 with a degree in Agricultural Science and majoring in poultry science.  Shortly after, I was offered a job with Pilgrims Pride which I gladly accepted and still have today.  I married my wife who I dearly love in August 2003.  She has been exceptionally supportive in my passion for the outdoors.

Since the development of Bluecollar Bowhunter, I try to make myself available as often as possible to my brother Jeremy and my brother-in-law Cody so that there will be a camera with a hunter at all times.  We have all made many sacrifices and there will be many more to come.

Cody Hunt, age 24

Born in Sulphur Springs in 1983, this Is where my outdoor lifestyle began. As young as I can remember my Dad would take me and my older brother catfishing. This and growing up on a dairy farm in rural east Texas sprang me in to what I love (the outdoors). Raised on fried fish and backstrap, I grew up thriving on hunting and fishing. Since then, hunting and fishing have had an everlasting effect on my life. From arrowing my first coyote to my first Pope and Young whitetail my family has been there through the whole experience. I am truly blessed to have such a loving family. I have been married to my loving wife Bailee since May 2007. We have since then started our own family with a new baby boy named Payton. As the third leg of the Bluecollar Bowhunter team, along with Jared and Jeremy, together we have combined our knowledge and passion for hunting and fishing. With video camera in hand we will take you on all our awesome adventures. Now in 2008 we share a common goal, to show the world hunting and fishing adventures form a Bluecollar Bowhunter prospective.

Jeremy Sickles, age 32

My inspiration and love for the outdoors began as a very small child. I have to give my stepfather, Jr., all of the credit for this. My earliest memories of hunting are with him. He has taught me the skill and patience that is needed to be a great hunter. I want to thank him for introducing me to the outdoors. Now I have something wonderful to pass on to my children. This includes a love and respect for God's great outdoors. Jr. has also taught me about loyalty and the importance of family. I am very lucky to have my family: My wife Tracy, with whom I have been married to for 12 years. She has always been very understanding of my passion for hunting and fishing. I also have two beautiful children. Tristen, who is eight years old, and Julia who is six. For the past two years with the help of my brother Jared and friend Cody, we have put together some impressive footage of our experience in the outdoors. This is where Bluecollar Bowhunter was first born. Now our goal is to show everyone what we experience in the outdoors. From the trial and error to the successful hunt, we are here to show you what bluecollar bowhunting is all about.
